Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of " P& AO", DPS" payable at Mumbai and a copy of thereof must be uploaded along with the quotation . Demand Draft shall be sent to " Assistant Stores Officer ( Disposal Section), Directorate of Purchase & Stores, Trombay Village Store,Trombay, Mumbai 400 088 in a sealed envelope superscribing boldly Tender Number and due date so as to reach before the due date and time, Offes opened without receipt of EMD before due date and time will be rejected. EMD will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or amends, impairs or derogates from tender in any respect within the period of validity of the tender.

Bidders who wish to participate in this tender must be registered under GST.

AS IN TENDER. BIDDER MUST HAVE VALID CERTIFICATE FROM POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD / COMPETENT AUTHORITY TO BUY AND PROCESS TENDERED ITEMS. XEROX COPIES OF THE VALID CERTIFICATE AND PASSBOOK MUST BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT, FAILING WHICH THE OFFER FOR THAT ITEM WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. THE CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE VALID TILL SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF CONTRACT. THE MATERIAL INSPECTION WILL BE ALLOWED FROM 05/04/2021. THE MATERIAL INSPECTION SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE DAY OF OPENING OF THE TENDER.

  • ऑनलाइन निविदाओं की बोलियों में भाग लेने के इच्‍छुक बोलीदाताओं को हमारे वेबसाइट पोर्टल के होमपेज पर उपलब्‍ध लिंक " Portal Enrollment for New Bidders " में एक बार पंजीकरण कराना होगा। पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया में बोलीदाता अपना लॉगइन आईडी व पासवर्ड बनाएंगे।
    Bidders who wish to participate in online tenders will have to enroll once with the website through the "Portal Enrollment for New Bidders" link provided on the home page. Bidder will create login id & password on their own in enrollment process.

  • सार्वजनिक निविदा (पीटी) के मामले में, निविदा में भाग लेने पर कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं हैं। सीमित निविदा (एलटी) या एकल निविदा (एसटी) में भाग लेने की अनुमति केवल ऐसे वांछित बोलीदाताओं को ही होगी जो बोलियों को ऑनलाइन जमा करने में सक्षम हों। तथापि, निविदाकारों को, संबंधित निविदा में यदि कोई अर्हता मानदण्‍ड दिए गए हों तो, उन्‍हें पूरा करना होगा।
    In case of Public Tender (PT) there is no restriction for participation in the Tender. In case of Limited Tender (LT) or Single Tender (ST) participation is allowed only to the intended bidders who shall be able to do online submission of the bids. However the Tenderers are required to meet the Qualification Criteria stipulated, if any, under the tender.

    Bidders are advised to submit their bids well in time to avoid any last minute hindrance.
  • किसी भी अथवा सभी बोलियों को, बगैर कोई कारण बताए, पूर्णतः अथवा आंशिक रूप से स्‍वीकार करने अथवा निरस्‍त करने का क्रय एवं भंडार निदेशालय को अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
    DPS reserves the right to accept / reject any or all bids in part / full without assigning any reason.

  • इस निविदा में भाग लेने के इच्‍छुक बोलीदाताओं को सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम-2000 के अनुरूप डिजिटल प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्‍त करना होगा ताकि वे अपनी इलेक्‍ट्रानिक बोलियों पर डिजिटल हस्‍ताक्षर कर सकें। बोलीदाता इसे, किसी भी सीसीए अनुमोदित एजेंसी से प्राप्‍त कर सकते हैं। जिन बोलीदाताओं के पास यह प्रमाणपत्र पहले से ही मौजूद है, उन्‍हें इसे प्राप्‍त करने की आवश्‍यकता नहीं है।
    Bidder who wish to participate in this tender needs to procure Digital Certificate as per Information Technology Act-2000 using that they can digitally sign their electronic bids. Bidders can procure the same from any or the CCA approved certifying agencies. Bidders who already have a valid digital Certificate need not to procure the same.
