• ऑनलाइन निविदाओं की बोलियों में भाग लेने के इच्‍छुक बोलीदाताओं को हमारे वेबसाइट पोर्टल के होमपेज पर उपलब्‍ध लिंक " Portal Enrollment for New Bidders " में एक बार पंजीकरण कराना होगा। पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया में बोलीदाता अपना लॉगइन आईडी व पासवर्ड बनाएंगे।
  Bidders who wish to participate in online tenders will have to enroll once with the website through the "Portal Enrollment for New Bidders" link provided on the home page. Bidder will create login id & password on their own in enrollment process.
• इच्‍छुक बोलीदाता, इस वेबसाइट पर निविदा नोटिस को देख सकते हैं और इसे नि:शुल्‍क डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
  Interested Bidders can view detailed tender notice and download tender documents free of cost from this website.
• सार्वजनिक निविदा (पीटी) के मामले में, निविदा में भाग लेने पर कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं हैं। सीमित निविदा (एलटी) या एकल निविदा (एसटी) में भाग लेने की अनुमति केवल ऐसे वांछित बोलीदाताओं को ही होगी जो बोलियों को ऑनलाइन जमा करने में सक्षम हों। तथापि, निविदाकारों को, संबंधित निविदा में यदि कोई अर्हता मानदण्‍ड दिए गए हों तो, उन्‍हें पूरा करना होगा।
  In case of Public Tender (PT) there is no restriction for participation in the Tender. In case of Limited Tender (LT) or Single Tender (ST) participation is allowed only to the intended bidders who shall be able to do online submission of the bids. However the Tenderers are required to meet the Qualification Criteria stipulated, if any, under the tender.
• निविदा शुल्‍क का भुगतान Payment of Tender fee:
  • निविदा शुल्‍क का भुगतान Payment of Tender fee: इस निविदा के लिए कोई निविदा शुल्क लागू नहीं है No Tender Fee is applicable for this tender.
• अंतिम क्षणों की भागदौड़ से बचने के लिए बोलीदाताओं को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपनी बोलियां पर्याप्‍त समय रहते जमा कर दें।
  Bidders are advised to submit their bids well in time to avoid any last minute hindrance.
• किसी भी अथवा सभी बोलियों को, बगैर कोई कारण बताए, पूर्णतः अथवा आंशिक रूप से स्‍वीकार करने अथवा निरस्‍त करने का क्रय एवं भंडार निदेशालय को अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
  DPS reserves the right to accept / reject any or all bids in part / full without assigning any reason.
• निविदाओं से संबंधित परिवर्तन/शुद्धि-पत्र/स्‍पष्‍टीकरण आदि केवल उक्‍त वेबसाइट पर ही प्रदर्शित किए जाएंगे। अतएव, सभी बोलीदाताओं को सलाह दी जाती है कि किसी प्रकार की अद्यतन जानकारी के लिए कृपया इस वेबसाइट पर विजिट करें।
  Changes / Corrigendum / Clarifications pertaining to the Tenders would be hosted on this website only . As such the bidders are advised to visit the website for updates, if any.

• इस निविदा में भाग लेने के इच्‍छुक बोलीदाताओं को सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम-2000 के अनुरूप डिजिटल प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्‍त करना होगा ताकि वे अपनी इलेक्‍ट्रानिक बोलियों पर डिजिटल हस्‍ताक्षर कर सकें। बोलीदाता इसे, किसी भी सीसीए अनुमोदित एजेंसी से प्राप्‍त कर सकते हैं। जिन बोलीदाताओं के पास यह प्रमाणपत्र पहले से ही मौजूद है, उन्‍हें इसे प्राप्‍त करने की आवश्‍यकता नहीं है।
  Bidder who wish to participate in this tender needs to procure Digital Certificate as per Information Technology Act-2000 using that they can digitally sign their electronic bids. Bidders can procure the same from any or the CCA approved certifying agencies. Bidders who already have a valid digital Certificate need not to procure the same.
