Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Pay & Account Officer” VECC" payable at Kolkata and a copy of thereof must be uploaded along with the quotation. Demand Draft shall be sent to "Assistant Stores Officer" CRSU, DPS, VECC, DAE, 1/AF, BIDHAN NAGAR, Kolkata - 700064 in a sealed envelope superscribing boldly Tender Number and due date so as to reach before the due date and time. Offer opened without receipt of EMD before the due date and time will be rejected. EMD will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws or amends, impairs or derogates from tender in any respect within the period of validity of the tender. Bidders who wish to participate in this tender must be registered under GST.

De-enrollment from e-tender portal:
Bidders who are withdrawing the bids within the validity period of their offer and suppliers who fails to execute the contracts as per the terms and conditions of the contract are liable for de-enrollment from the e-tender portal for a specific period as decided by the purchaser.

Qualifying Requirement : AS IN THE TENDER. PARTY MUST HAVE VALID POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD CERTIFICATE (PCB) TO RECYCLE/REPROCESS THE TENDERED MATERIAL. PARTY MUST SUBMIT COPY OF VALID CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH THE TENDER EMD/ OR UPLOAD COPY OF PCB CERTIFICATE FAILING WHICH OFFER WILL BE REJECTED.
