• The suppliers/their representatives having a servicing facility in India for all items only will be considered for placement of order.
Acceptance criteria
Compatibility specification;
Items in S .No. 4, 5, 6 & 7 are inter connected each other and should be from the same manufacturer as they must be compatible to each other.
• All the Turbo molecular pumps (TMPs) need to be demonstrated to show an ultimate vacuum of at least 1x10-8 torr after two days of continuous running including baking cycles.
• The supplier must demonstrate the performance of the other items as per indent specifications at user’s site. | 3 | | | | |
