Notes:-
1. Make/Model of the items should be clearly mentioned in your online bid.
2. In the event of Purchase Order, minimum Warranty period of one year should be provided for the quoted item.
3. As the GST column is blocked by DPS with effect from 02.11.2018, bidders are strictly requested not to quote GST anywhere in the online bid and also in annexure if any enclosed to the Price bid, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected as per Header Point No. 5 & 6 above. GST as applicable on Basic cost shall be admitted by the Purchaser. (As per Header point no.1 above). Bidders are strictly requested to follow the above guidelines while submitting their offer to avoid rejection of their offers.
