Bidders who are withdrawing the bids within the validity period of their offer and suppliers who fails to execute the contracts as per the terms and conditions of the contract are liable for de-enrollment from the e-tender portal for a specific period as decided by the purchaser.

Qualifying Requirement : 1.The bidders shall attach along with the quotation completely filled all the values of the offered valves in the bidder’s column provided in the table mentioned in the enclosed technical specification. Do not mention as “ ACCEPTED, CONFORMED, YES, NO, COMPLIED ETC.,”. Please mention only the values & details of the items being offered. Offers with unfilled / incomplete table will not be accepted. 2.SAMPLE [for evaluation of offers]: If the offer is from OEM directly, i.e., other than reputed makes at-least one number of returnable valve sample (as per the tender specification) shall be supplied/ delivered to 'ASSISTANT PURCHASE OFFICER,BHABHA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTRE, RARE MATERIALS PROJECT, PB NO.1,RATNAHALLY COMPLEX, YELWALA, MYSORE-571130' SUPERSCRIBED WITH THE TENDER NO. AND DUE DATE IN A SEALED ENVELOPE ON OR BEFORE DUE DATE AND TIME. The evaluation of their offer will be based on the sample acceptance. Without the sample, the offer will not be considered.The sample will be evaluated based on the inspection & testing as per the tender specification. However, the offers for the imported, reputed & proven make valves, the sample is not mandatory. Latest Authorised letter from Original Manufacturer should be uploaded with the offer, without which, offer will not be considered.
