11. Accessories: Circular Temperature recorder with chart, Inventory/ Cryoracks for samples/vials storage, 2 pairs of Cryogloves should be provided with the equipment.
12. Warranty: minimum period of 2 years
13. AMC with calibration: should be provided free for first 2 years after installation and cost of AMC with calibration thereafter should be provided at the time of quotation in the compliance statement. Temperature recorder charts should be included in AMC.
14. User list and installation: The equipment should be installed in at least few major Public/ Corporate Blood banks or laboratories or Hospitals in Mumbai and Maharashtra. User list of the same should be provided in order to take feedback from users
